Design Development
It all begins with an idea… The Design Development stage is where we refine the initial concept ideas by adding texture, colour and materiality to the space. We also push the layout to its maximum potential to ensure functionality and durability are woven into the design.
Brand Asset Development
Anamo Design Studio can work alongside your team to develop the brand’s identity, including all graphic assets and signage. Our team can also advise on the food and / or beverage strategy to ensure your brand’s success.
Detailed & Technical Design
We focus on detailed and technical design to ensure our initial design vision is carried forward into the construction stages. Our comprehensive technical packs showcase the unique design details created for each project.
Bespoke Furniture Design
Our passion for design can be easily noticed when looking at our bespoke furniture range. We partner with the most talented product and lighting designers, metalworkers and timber joiners to create custom build items that combine functionality with aesthetics.
Planning Applications
Planning is a very important stage in the construction process, so we advise, prepare and submit Planning Applications and Landlord’s Packs on your behalf to ensure you and your project obtain all the necessary approvals in a prompt and timely manner.
FF+E Design & Specification
Our team prepares all the necessary schedules, documentation and joinery drawings in preparation for the tender and costing stages. We also provide options for all FF+E items to ease the decision making process. Anamo Design Studio can also provide FF+E procurement.
Tender Coordination
In the Tender Coordination stage we will make sure the initial design vision is carried forward and any proposed changes are being promptly reviewed against ROD drawings. We will also advise on VE opportunities if the project requires it.
On-Site Management
We can attend regular design team meetings on site to review the project progress and answer contractors queries. At the end of the Construction Stage, our team can oversee the FF+E Install and participate in any snagging meetings for a successful project delivery.
